Localdata has been conceived with a vision to provide a platform for local businesses in India to showcase their products and services over internet to consumers worldwide.
Localdata is part of Yulop WebSense Solutions Pvt Ltd (yulop.com) a technology company started in 2007.
Why was Localdata started?
At Localdata we have researched and found most of today's consumers is internet educated. They do research on the web before making a purchase decision. While when it comes to purchasing, they prefer a physical store to an online one.
We have also observed medium and small businesses in India are not visible online and are missing out on the opportunity to be noticed by new educated internet consumers.
The reasons are many varying for lack of knowledge, costs, time among others.
